This policy explains how I collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit www.eggcellentfertility.com or book a review with me in English or German. I aim to exceed privacy standards and build your trust. I may update this policy, so check back anytime. If I plan a major change in data use, I'll email you with options.

What I collect
You choose what to share:
- Personal details: name, email, address, or payment info when you book.
- Health info: fertility history, records or goals from questionnaires and uploads (treated with utmost care).
- Site data: cookies, IP address, or browser type to enhance your visit.
I may collect anonymous stats (e.g., age) to improve my services, with your okay.
Why I collect it
- To tailor your review to your story.
- To refine my independent services.
- To send helpful updates (if you opt in).
- To keep data only as long as needed: your records and session notes are kept for 12 months after your last session (so returning clients don't have to upload everything again) and then deleted (or earlier at any time on request) unless the law requires me to keep them longer. Your contact details stay on my email list until you unsubscribe.
How I use it
I don't sell or rent your info. As an independent physician reviewer, I use it to:
- Provide independent, educational fertility reviews.
- Contact you about sessions or support.
- Invite feedback (optional).
Trusted partners may process data on my behalf but are bound to confidentiality: Kajabi (website, booking and payments), Google Workspace (email, calendar, video calls and the secured Drive where your records are stored), and payment processors (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).
Your rights and choices
- California residents: you can request access to, deletion of, or details about your data. I won't sell it or treat you differently for asking.
- All clients: opt out of emails at [email protected] or ask about your info anytime.
Security
I use SSL encryption online and secured, access-restricted storage for your records. Only I access your data, only to help you, and I treat health info with extra confidentiality.
EU note
Based in the U.S., I transfer data here under EU-US privacy rules, keeping it safe. If you are in the EU, Switzerland or the UK, you also have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data and to object to or restrict its processing. Just email me.
Kids under 13
My services aren't for kids under 13, and I'll delete any such data promptly.
