Scope of service
Eggcellent Fertility provides independent, educational reviews of fertility, IUI and IVF records by Dr. med. Nadine Al-Kaisi, a physician licensed in Germany and board-certified in Gynecology, Obstetrics and Reproductive Medicine.
Dr. Al-Kaisi is not licensed to practice medicine in the United States or in any US state.
Services provided by Eggcellent Fertility:
- are educational and informational;
- do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment;
- do not create a physician–patient relationship;
- do not include prescribing, ordering tests, or managing care;
- do not replace evaluation and treatment by a licensed physician.
Clients are expected to be under the care of a licensed treating physician and to make all treatment decisions with that physician. Nothing discussed in a session should be acted on without consulting your treating physician. If you have an urgent medical concern, contact your physician or emergency services.
Clients outside the United States: the same scope applies. For clients in Germany: Dr. Al-Kaisi holds a German Approbation; the applicable rules on remote consultation (Fernbehandlung) are those of the German medical profession.
