The Whole Picture Review — $399

The heart of everything I offer, at any stage of the journey.

You upload your complete story: history, hormone labs, cycle or ovulation data, semen analyses, ultrasound and HSG reports, IUI or IVF protocols, monitoring, embryology, prior consult notes — all of it, from any clinic in any country. I read the entire file before we meet.

Then: 60 minutes together, and within 48 hours a written summary of what your story shows, the options that exist for your situation with their trade-offs, and the questions to bring to your treating doctor. Plus 7 days of email access for clarification.

Best for:

• Trying naturally: a work-up that came back "normal" and doesn't feel finished.
• IUI / timed cycles: whether the plan makes sense, how many attempts are reasonable, when to move on.
• IVF: a failed cycle, a new diagnosis, comparing clinics, or preparing to meet a new specialist.

At checkout you can add two 30-minute follow-up sessions for $350 (normally $380), to use within 90 days — for the questions that come after your next appointment, and the results that come after that. Most women who work with me choose to have company past the first conversation.

Follow-Up Session — $190

For existing clients: 30 minutes for a new result, a changed plan, or to debrief the appointment you took your question list into.

The Eggcellent Companion — 3 months alongside you

For some women, one review is exactly enough. Others are heading into months of decisions — a series of IUIs, a full IVF cycle, treatment abroad — and want the specialist who knows their whole story reading along. Four 45-minute sessions over three active months, timed to what's happening — before a cycle starts, when results come in, before a transfer, after an outcome. If your treatment pauses (a waitlist, a delayed cycle), your Companion pauses with it (everything within 6 months). A written summary after each session, email access throughout; if your stretch needs a fifth conversation, follow-up sessions are always there. Your clinic makes every medical decision; you just never sit with a result you don't understand.
